013 - Dear Doctor

Settembre 2151: L'equipaggio incontra una razza aliena che ha disperatamente bisogno di assistenza medica e scientifica, ma Phlox scopre che l'epidemia che sta decimando quella razza è di origine evolutiva.

Phlox: If I hadn't trusted the Captain to make the right choice, I'd have been no better than the Vulcan diplomats who held your species back because they felt you couldn't make proper decisions on your own.
