Data Stellare 5818.4: Mentre Kirk e Spock attendono nella città sospesa di Stratos, una consegna di zeenite, unico minerale in grado di salvare la vegetazione di Merak II da un'epidemia, coloro che la estraggono, i trogloditi, considerati servi dagli abitanti di Stratos, si ribellano per rivendicare la loro parità sociale.
