Data Stellare 4513.3: Dopo aver dirottato l'Enterprise su un pianeta, Norman, un presunto membro dell'equipaggio, si rivela essere un sofisticato androide. L'intero pianeta è abitato da androidi simili il cui unico scopo dichiarato è servire l'umanità. Tra loro c'è anche una vecchia conoscenza di Kirk, Harry Mudd.

Mudd: Knowledge, sir, should be free to all!
